Speedo are the most Internationally regognised swimwear brand in the world. Renowned for their Olympic medal winning performance suits and family friendly goggles and swim gear. Their product offer is wide and sprawling and having grown organically through sales driven range building, different in every region.

We were brought in by the new brand marketing director to work with the Speedo brand and product teams in LA on a short sharp reset of their product offer.

We reorganised the lines into consumer facing franchises, spanning from innovation in their top end performance through to fashion driven lifestyle ranges.

We defined the brand and design codes, the look and feel of each collection, and the end use and performance properties for each franchise.

We deep dived into their archive to re-set their brand code references and bring more brand personality and cool to the designs including our favourite the retro inspired Jet Stream range featured in the brand marketing for Spring Summer 2025.
